Did you know West Elm expanded their line of furniture and furnishings into the kids space?

Everything from wool felted toys and garland to cribs, bedding, area rugs, curtains and table lamps. Speaking of table lamps. i love the little monster lamp featured on the nighstand. Worth a giggle.

On view at the Community Gallery inside Alpharetta City Hall, this historical photography exhibit tells the story of the Bailey-Johnson School — the only high school for Black students in the area during the 1950s and 60s.

Through archival images and community history, the exhibit offers a grounded look at local Black education, family life, and the networks that supported students across North Fulton County. It’s a meaningful reminder that Alpharetta’s story didn’t start with mixed-use developments — it was built by people, neighborhoods, and shared perseverance.
