Johnny Carson's Malibu estate is back on the market even though he has not owned it in twenty years. This stunning property is on the market for $110 million dollars. It is a 7,100 sq. ft. modern wood and glass estate built in the 80's and designed by architect Ed Niles. β Today's modern wood and glass atrocities look and feel so antiseptic, but this one is warm and inviting. The triangular property with stone floors and 30 foot tall glass ceiling is centered around a mature arboretum. Conversation pits, screening room, wine cellar, guest-house waterfall koi pond, swimming pool, tennis court the amenities go on longer than celebrity award nights. Let's not all swoon at once. A bit underwhelming, right???! β I pulled this color out of my paint swatches to see it in real life. It has a very green undertone to it. But, in Sherwin Williams' promo material for the color, it looks more pinky/beige. Eeeew. β
